The Firm will acquire personal information by specifying the purpose of use and only to the extent necessary, using appropriate methods.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Firm will use personal information only within the scope of the purposes listed below, as well as those separately notified or published,
unless permitted by law. Personal information acquired for any of the purposes in the following sections may be used for other purposes within the same section.
- Information obtained in connection with audit-related services provided by the Firm
- Provision of audit-related services
- Responding to various inquiries
- Other purposes incidental to the above (including various notifications and receptions listed in (2) below)
- Information obtained in connection with the provision of accounting and audit information (including invitations to such opportunities) by the Firm
- Notifications about the Firm’s activities (including sending or transmitting greeting cards, New Year cards, etc.)
- Sending or transmitting newsletters and accepting applications for these
- Providing information and accepting registrations for seminars, symposiums, and other events
- Sending or transmitting books, articles, and other publications
- Other information provision, requests for information provision, or handling inquiries within this section
- Information obtained in connection with the recruitment activities of certified public accountants, staff, or trainees at the Firm
- Providing recruitment-related information and accepting applications or inquiries
- Ongoing communication with applicants or prospective employees and providing information about the Firm Group
- Personnel management and training after recruitment decisions
- Other purposes incidental to recruitment activities

Management of Personal Data
The Firm will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data.
Additionally, the Firm will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over certified public accountants,
staff, and others to ensure the secure management of personal data. In cases where the handling of personal
data is outsourced to external contractors, the Firm will also exercise necessary and appropriate supervision
over such contractors.

Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
The Firm will not provide personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the individual,
except as required by law or otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Joint Use
Within the scope of the purposes of use outlined in "2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information,"
the Firm may jointly use personal data with the Firm Group (including overseas affiliated offices)
or parties collaborating on projects with the Firm. This may include names, addresses, phone numbers,
email addresses, and other contact information, as well as all other personal data held by each party.
In such cases, Crea Audit Corporation will act as the managing entity.

Requests for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension of Use of Personal Data
Regarding the personal data held by the Firm, if the individual concerned makes any of the following requests,
the Firm will confirm that the request is made by the individual or their authorized representative and respond
in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection
Act:
- Notification of the purpose of use
- Disclosure of personal data held by the Firm Group that can identify the individual
- Correction, addition, or deletion of personal data held by the Firm Group that can identify the individual
- Suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of personal data held by the Firm Group that can identify the individual
