Our organization has established an "Audit Hotline (Whistleblower Hotline)" to receive information related to audit operations from both internal and external sources.

The "Audit Hotline" is designed to broadly gather information regarding fraud, falsification, and violations of laws and regulations (including breaches of CPA independence, insider trading, etc.) related to our audit operations. Its purpose is to identify and address issues in a timely and appropriate manner, thereby improving the quality of our audit services.

Please note that submissions will only be accepted via email or postal mail. We do not accept inquiries by phone.

※ Anonymous reports are also accepted. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this explicitly.
2. Details of the Case
※Provide specific details about the case (e.g., legal violations, misconduct), including the date, location, and names of individuals involved.
※ If there are any related materials or documents, please submit them as well.
3. Other Information
※ Include any additional information that may be useful for investigating the case.
